Chula Vista, Spanish for "beautiful view," carries a delightful family friendly suburban feel and is the second largest city in San Diego. It lives like a younger, better planned city. With greenery along the ample roads, and town centers clustered throughout. There is an old Chula Vista just west of the 805 freeway, and an even newer Chula Vista (Eastlake), with malls, trolley stops, new schools, and developments, located south east. Chula Vista is expanding, but what remains true wherever you are in its growing city, is its carefully planned, safe, and family vibing nature.
Very nice, large and clean townhouse. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and were available for anything that we may have needed.Great location by a supermarket and many of the standard shops and restaurants which is important in Chula Vista as everything is very spread out.
Gigi’s place was amazing! The villa is cozy and it’s location is very convenient. The house is very clean and stylish. Gigi is an amazing host! I give this villa and this host a five star!
Gigi is a very accommodating host and did a great job making sure that we were informed and had a great stay. The home was very clean and organized. I highly recommend being hosted by Gigi.
When we first arrived, her and her husband took the time to explain where everything was. Really made us feel at home. The neighborhood was safe, with everything close by (grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters.) Just a great location. I would highly recommend this place for anyone!
I felt as comfortable as if I were at home here. There is a lived-in quality that helps settle the mind. This home comes highly recommended. Communication remained top notch throughout visit. If you're looking for a place in southern San Diego county, look no further. They even have access to a community pool for days when that marine layer won't budge. Gigi and Miguel were very understanding of personal needs and made every effort to support requests.
Very good house, with a very good location and super equipped with all the amenities. Very clean and with very nice touches. Communication in Gigi, wonderful. Super good host!! She was always attentive to give us the best service!!
My sister and I had the pleasure of leasing a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath townhouse in Eastlake Ca from Giuliana and Miguel, we could not have asked for better landlords. Durning our 4 year stay we found Giuliana and Miguel to be honest, thoughtful and considerate to our needs as tenants. Repairs when needed were done in a timely fashion and I always enjoyed seeing them both and Baby Nico. We enjoyed our 4 year stay and we're sad when we had to leave the state.
